A female Member of Parliament, Fanong Konyak, has created an uproar by saying that Rahul Gandhi has misbehaved with her. Fanong Konyak comes from the Scheduled Tribe community. In such a situation, the point to be discussed is whether a case can be registered against Rahul under the SC/ST Act of India.
BJP’s female MP Fanong Konyak said, ‘When I was protesting against Congress on Ambedkar, then opposition leader Rahul Gandhi came very close to me. He started shouting at me. I did not like it.’ However, Rahul Gandhi has said that he was prevented from entering Parliament House. On the other hand, the BJP is alleging that Rahul has attacked many MPs. In such a situation, Rahul seems to be surrounded from all sides.

Will a case be registered against Rahul Gandhi under SC-ST?
BJP MPs Mukesh Rajput and Pratap Sarangi (a man in politics with common life) have already named R. Gandhi and accused him of attack. Meanwhile, Nagaland’s female MP, Fanong Konyak, who comes from the SC-ST category, has also created a storm by accusing Rahul Gandhi of misbehaviour. In such a situation, the point to be discussed is whether a case will be registered against Rahul Gandhi under SC-ST. Can the police arrest Rahul Gandhi after registering a case under SC-ST?
What does the Supreme Court of Bharat’s lawyer have to say?
Supreme Court lawyer Ravi Shankar Kumar says, ‘Look, this matter is not completely clear yet. It is also not known whether an FIR has been registered against R. Gandhi or not. Because the matter is inside the Parliament premises, the police will first obtain CCTV footage. If Rahul Gandhi’s activity is seen in the CCTV footage, then after the consent of the Lok Sabha Speaker, Delhi Police can register a case against Rahul Gandhi. As far as the ST woman MP is concerned, if she complains, then certainly the police can register a case under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)’.
Senior politicians and ministers blamed Rahul Gandhi
Today morning, Leader of the House and Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda and Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju blamed R. Gandhi for using force against BJP women MPs at the doorway of Parliament. After this, unrest started in the house. The Chairman adjourned the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha for the day.
In brief, the fight between the BJP and Congress over the Ambedkar issue that started in Parliament has now reached the streets and police stations. In response to the BJP, Congress MPs have also alleged that BJP MPs have pushed them. BJP alleges that many MPs have been injured due to Rahul Gandhi’s push, while Congress alleges that BJP MPs were stopping them from entering the Parliament. Meanwhile, a BJP MP from the SC-ST category has created madness by saying that R. Gandhi came very close to me, which made me discomfiting. However, the female MP has complained about R. Gandhi to the Rajya Sabha Chairman. So far, the female MP has not complained to the Delhi Police.
