On this, Akash, the lawyer of Atul Subhash’s family, said, It happened as we feared. Nikita Singhania is again using the child as a tool. Atul Subhash had also said the same thing before committing suicide: Nikita uses her son Vyom as a tool for herself. She is doing the same thing again. Nikita Singhania and her family should not get bail. Atul parents should get custody of the child.
The court judge, after listening to both sides, has kept the bail hearing on January 4. Now the hearing will be held again on January 4. Then the bail will be considered. After the hearing, Akash, the judge of the Atul Subhash family, said, Today the bail application was shown in court on behalf of Nikita Singhania and her family. Nikita Singhania’s lawyer said that Nikita Singhania and her family should get bail to take care of the child. But we know that as soon as she gets bail, Nikita Singhania will disappear again. Atul Subhash’s mother has already filed a petition in the Supreme Court for the custody of the child. The court has ordered the police of three states (Karnataka, UP, and Bihar) to investigate the matter. The hearing on it is to be held on January 7.
What is the Atul Subhash case?
Atul Subhash, a resident of Samastipur, Bihar, committed suicide by hanging himself in his flat in Bengaluru on December 9. Before dying, Atul left a 24-page suicide note and a one-and-a-half-hour video. In this, he accused Nikita Singhania and her in-laws of inciting him to commit suicide. On December 10, an FIR was registered against 4 people, including Nikita Singhania, on his brother’s complaint. Nikita Singhania, Nisha, and Anurag are currently in the Bengaluru jail. But the accused uncle-in-law got bail from the Allahabad High Court before he could be arrested.
Court appearance on December 30
The three arrested accused were produced in the lower court of Bengaluru on December 30. Whatever he told the Bangalore police during the interrogation was also told to the court.
