What is the Atul Subhash case?

On December 10, an FIR was registered against 4 people, including Nikita Singhania, on his brother’s complaint. Nikita Singhania, Nisha, and Anurag are currently in the Bengaluru jail. But the accused uncle-in-law got bail from the Allahabad High Court before he could be arrested.
