In 2019, the party had named the 55-page document as ‘Congress Will Deliver’. This time, the 48-page election manifesto has been named ‘Nyaya Patra’. This time, the party has promised to give ₹ 100,000 to a woman from the poorest household in the country.

At the same time, women will get up to 50% reservation in government jobs, and poor girls will get help of ₹ 100,000 annually. The party said that the government will first provide jobs to the youth after graduation. Apart from this, a promise has been made to provide 30 lakh government jobs to the youth.
