Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh said in a social media post on Sunday that the Congress Party’s five justices and 25 guarantees are awakening a new hope among the people of India after 10 years. Jairam Ramesh said that Congress’s guarantee is the need of the hour. The manifesto of the party is the voice of the people of the country.
Jairam Ramesh said that after June 4, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have to go on a long leave. This is the public guarantee. He said that the people of the country are very tired of hearing false things. Congress leaders were responding to Prime Minister Modi’s comments on the Congress manifesto in Bihar.

Congress spokesperson said that we will end the practice of manual scavenging
Jairam Ramesh accused the Modi government of doing injustice to the sanitation workers. He also said that if he comes to power, the menace of manual scavenging will be ended and the people engaged in it will be trained for some other work. After this, employment will be provided. The Congress General Secretary shared on Twitter a news item in the media regarding the death of a sanitation worker due to gas leakage after entering the sewer without equipment.
The manifesto of Congress in the last elections was of 55 pages
The party’s manifesto for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections is smaller in size compared to the manifesto of the previous elections. In 2019, the party had named the 55-page document as ‘Congress Will Deliver’. This time, the 48-page election manifesto has been named ‘Nyaya Patra’. This time, the party has promised to give ₹ 100,000 to a woman from the poorest household in the country.
Congress party made many promises, including to youth and farmers
Congress promised in its manifesto that the reservation quota would be increased. At the same time, women will get up to 50% reservation in government jobs, and poor girls will get help of ₹ 100,000 annually. The party said that the government will first provide jobs to the youth after graduation. Apart from this, a promise has been made to provide 30 lakh government jobs to the youth.
Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra expressed confidence on Sunday that the people of Himachal Pradesh will support her party and that truth will prevail. On one side, there is the BJP’s politics of destroying democracy through money power and agencies for power, while on the other side, there is Congress’s resolve of truth and courage.
Rahul Gandhi asked for suggestions from people on ‘Nyay Patra’
For the Lok Sabha elections, Congress has released its 48-page manifesto containing 25 guarantees. Now the party has started asking for suggestions regarding this manifesto. Rahul posted a video on Instagram, asking people to share the process on the manifesto and tell what they liked and what they didn’t.
Releasing the video, Rahul Gandhi said that the Congress manifesto is the voice of every Indian. Congress released the manifesto on Friday, in which it focuses on the five pillars of justice and the 25 guarantees under them. Rahul made the video after returning from the rally in Telangana. Unemployment is the biggest issue in this election
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge launched a scathing attack on BJP on Sunday. He said that unemployment is the biggest issue in the Lok Sabha elections. He claimed that the youth are struggling to find employment and the country is facing a demographic nightmare.
Kharge posted on social media platform X. He claimed that BJP has imposed unemployment on the youth. This is the biggest issue in the elections.
Citing India’s prestigious institutes, the Indian Institute of Technology and the Indian Institute of Management, Kharge claimed that about 30% of students from the 12 IITs are not getting regular placements. Only 20% of IIMs could complete summer placements. If this is the situation in IITs and IIMs, then you can imagine how BJP has ruined the future of the youth. Under Modi government, the unemployment rate has tripled since 2014.
Kharge posted on X, and there has been an increase of only 0.01%. He said that Modi’s guarantee of providing 2 crore jobs resonates as a nightmare in the hearts and minds of our youth.
