Gaza News: Israelis are not in the mood to stop the war; the army set fire to Gaza’s hospital
The Israeli army has arrested Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital. Israeli soldiers attacked this hospital, and after evacuating the staff and patients present in the hospital, they set it on fire.
The Israeli army has arrested the director of a hospital in the Gaza Strip. This was one of the last working hospitals in northern Palestine. Soldiers attacked this hospital, evacuated the staff and patients who were in the hospital, and set the hospital on fire. Israel has conducted airstrikes at various locations in Gaza and killed 9 people.
In a statement, the army claimed to have detained 240 suspected Hamas terrorists during this attack. It is alleged that the terrorists were wearing the dresses of patients and hospital staff to escape. It is also alleged that all these arrested terrorists were wanted in the attack on Israel on 7 October 2023. The army contends that Hamas is still using the hospital.
Gaza hospital set on fire
The Gaza Health Ministry said that the Israeli army has taken into custody the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, Dr. Hussam Abu Safia. However, the Israeli army did not mention this arrest. The IDF says that it entered the hospital and didn’t set fire to it, while the Gaza ministry said the Israeli soldiers have attacked the hospital and set it ablaze. It says that its forces are targeting Hamas bases in Gaza.

IDF apprehended Hamas terrorists
Hospital workers said that the Israeli soldiers have attacked Kamal Adwan Hospital several times during the last three months as they were conducting offensive operations against Hamas. Besides this, Israel fired a ballistic missile from Yemen. This time Israel used the US “Terminal High Altitude Area Defense missile defense system for the first time. Iran-backed Houthi rebels fired this missile. This system is specifically designed to intercept short-, medium-, and long-range ballistic missiles. According to Israeli reports, this was the first time Israel used the US-deployed THAAD system.
