‘Pushpa 2’ Movie Screening Stampede: Allu Arjun released from jail after one night

Actor Allu Arjun came to the Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad for the ‘Pushpa 2’ film’s screening on December 4 without informing anyone. As a result, the fans get eager to meet Allu Arjun. Pushpa-2 actor Allu Arjun was released after 18 hours from Chanchalguda Central Jail at around 6.30 am on Saturday. His father Allu Arvind and father-in-law, Kancharla Chandrasekhar Reddy, had come to the jail to pick him up. After his release from jail, actor Allu Arjun reached Geeta Arts Production House.

After visiting Geeta Arts Production House, Allu Arjun reached his house in Hyderabad at around 9 am. He went inside his house after hugging his mother. Then he met his family members. After that, he came out again and talked to the media.

Allu Arjun’s first reaction after release from jail

After being released from jail, actor Allu Arjun said, “I thank all the fans for their love and support. There is nothing to worry about. I am fine. I am a law-abiding citizen. I once again express my condolences to the victim’s family. This was an unfortunate incident. We are sorry for what happened.”

The Telangana police arrested the actor on 13 December at noon. He was blamed for reaching Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad on 4 December without informing during the premiere of the Pushpa-2 movie. Due to his presence, a huge crowd gathered at the theatre, and a stampede occurred. Unfortunately, a woman died and many people were injured.

The actor got interim bail

After the arrest, actor Allu Arjun was assembled in the local court at 4 pm, from where he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Allu Arjun had appealed to the Telangana High Court for interim bail.

At 5 pm, he got interim bail on a personal bond of Rs. 50 thousand. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun was taken to Chanchalguda Central Jail and was kept in a Class-1 barrack.

It was expected that Allu Arjun would be released on Friday night itself, but this did not happen. The jail administration had said that they did not receive a copy of the court order.

What did the actor’s lawyer say?

Allu Arjun’s lawyer, Shok Reddy, said, “Allu Arjun has now been released from jail. The jail administration was given a copy of the High Court order, but he was not released earlier. This is an illegal detention; we will take legal action. The jail administration will have to answer.”

Allu Arjun had said the police did not even let him have breakfast. On Friday, Allu Arjun objected to the way he was arrested. The actor claimed that the police did not let him even finish his breakfast. He was also not allowed to change his clothes.

The police first arrested the actor from his house. After this, his statement was recorded. Then he was taken to Osmania Hospital for a medical checkup. During this, his father-in-law, Kancharla Chandrashekhar Reddy, reached Hyderabad’s Chikkadpalli police station.

A case has been registered against the actor under Section 105, 118 (1) of BNS. This is a non-bailable section. Allu Arjun’s personal bodyguard, Santosh, has also been arrested by the police.

In the High Court, Allu Arjun’s lawyer, Shok Reddy, mentioned actor Shahrukh Khan‘s film Raees case in defence. The lawyer said, ‘During the promotion in Gujarat, Shahrukh Khan threw T-shirts at the crowd. After this, there was a stampede. In this case, the actor was accused of culpable homicide.’ The lawyer also mentioned that the Gujarat High Court and the Supreme Court had given relief to actor Shahrukh Khan.

If Sararat is found guilty in all other cases, she will become the country’s notorious serial killer.

According to the Thai police, Sararat was addicted to gambling. She used to spend a lot of money on it. When there was a huge debt on the credit card, she would borrow money from friends and acquaintances to pay it. But when these people asked for their money from her, she would start threatening and beating them. It is alleged that so that she does not have to return the money, she killed 14 of her friends by poisoning their food. Police said that she used cyanide.

In April 2023, this serial killer woman’s secret was revealed when she visited Ratchaburi province with a friend named Siriporn Khanwang. Both were feeding fish on the bank of a river when Siriporn put grain in her mouth, due to which her health deteriorated and then she died.

The post-mortem report revealed that the grain that Siriporn had swallowed was mixed with cyanide. This incident created a stir in the police department. The family of the deceased filed a report against Sararat in the police station. After this, the families of other friends who were killed also came forward and filed a case against Sararat.

According to the report, from 2015 till now, cases of murder of 14 people have been registered against Sararat. Thai police say that one thing is common in every murder. Everyone was killed by giving cyanide. Therefore, the people of the country have named Sararat as Miss Cyanide.
